These guys have the worst customer service which I have ever witnessed in any construction supply Company. I would not recommend this company for your railings

It was a great 2hours to get there...but it was worth it. ..the staff was amazing !!! especially crystal!!! And the pricing was great...i got alot for my money...thank you Mario..you guys will definitely see me again next year ...i highly recommend you
I ordered s deck railing from these guys as they were recommended by my contractor. After initially placing the order I was told four weeks until delivery. After four weeks no call and or no update as to the order. Left several messages with their office and never received a return phone call or reply. After hounding the office on an hourly basis finally spoke to the sales person who took our order whose name was Chris. Do not work with this person he is completely unprofessional and basically lied about losing the paperwork our contractor had provided him for our railing. After several phone calls and messages to the owner mario, without any reply I finally gave up and cancelled my order. After eight weeks of waiting no railing.

I have tried countless times to get in touch with someone in this company to help me with my order. EVERY TIME I called, I was put on hold for more than 10 minutes or when someone would pick they would state they are busy and ask me my phone number and they would call me RIGHT BACK... And GUESS WHAT I NEVER received a phone call back! I was very frustrated because there were several mistakes on this company's end with my purchase of over $2000. My husband had to purchase from another company to be able to.finalize our deck because the kit to complete the railing was incomplete.
I was VERY patient and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt yet everytime I called it seemed it was an inconvenient for their employees to assist me. I am beyond disappointed with their customer service.
First time using this company, and we are left completely unsatisfied. Placed our order June 17th and wasn't ready until July 15th when we went to pick it up. Upon arrival the order was still not complete and we had to wait over 2 hours for them to finish putting it all together. Prior to arrival we were told that the order was already complete. Zero communication from the staff about the delays and wouldn't call when they said they would in order to provide updates on our order. When we would call several different excuses were given and they never stuck to their adjusted time tables of when the order would be ready. Would definitely not recommend this company and will never use them again.
